Client Council
Listening to the wishes and needs of clients
As a client of The Grange, you have the right to make your voice heard and share your opinions during the open consultation hours of the client council. At least once during your treatment, you can provide feedback about your experience during this open consultation.
Why a client council?
The advice from the client council can help ensure that the services provided better align with what clients want and need. By involving the client council, the quality of care improves.
What is a client council?
A client council consists of clients who have previously received treatment at The Grange. The Grange aims to deliver the best care, emphasizing the importance of aligning with the wishes and needs of clients. The experiences and opinions of clients and former clients are essential in this process.

What does the client council advocate for?
