Indication and Current Waiting Time
The waiting times mentioned above are an indication of when the intake can be scheduled and the start date for our treatments. The first available slots will open up within this period. We strive to meet this timeframe, but this is not always possible due to unforeseen increases in demand for our care and treatments. During the registration process, you will be informed about the current waiting time for your treatment.
Waiting list mediation
If you find the waiting time too long, you can contact us or ask your health insurer for waiting list mediation. Your health insurer can assist you in ensuring that you have an intake interview within four weeks from your first contact with a care provider, and that treatment starts within ten weeks of the intake. These are the maximum acceptable waiting times that have been jointly agreed upon by care providers and health insurers.
